How do I make a reservation?
Select your destination, dates, and bike preference online. We confirm availability and send a booking summary within minutes.
What do I need at pickup?
Bring a valid ID or passport and your booking confirmation. Our local partners will fit your bike and brief you on the route.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Cancel free of charge with a full refund until the day before your rental start date. Cancellation is not available from the rental start date. To change dates, cancel and book again, or contact us.
Is payment secure?
All payments are encrypted and processed securely via PortOne. We support major credit cards and local payment methods.
